Cancellation/Refund Policy

     *Class registration is final. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED unless classes are cancelled by NorCal E.M.T.
Students more than 15 minutes late to scheduled class will be turned away.
     *If you don't pass, you may come back to 1 additional class with no fees for remediation.
     *Students wishing to re-schedule or transfer classes must do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class registered for. Students may re-schedule 1 time before they forfeit their course registration fees. If you are unable to attend or wish to change class dates, you must make request via phone or e-mail at least 24 hours prior to the start of class you are currently registered for. If you make request within 24 hours of the start of your class, or fail to attend, you will be subject to a transfer fee equal to 50% of the regular registration rate of the class student registered for.
'Promo-Code' discounts must be applied at the time of registration as discounts will not be retro-actively credited. 'Promo-Code' discounts do not apply to on-line courses or textbooks not included in class registration.
*Any credit issued will expire six (6) months from the date of purchase, no exceptions
